Secure Client Portal
As a valued client of Sutton Frost Cary LLP (SFC), Secure Client Portal users can exchange files in a secure environment with our staff.
Secure Client Portal enables our clients to access their accounting and files and work with us from any high-speed internet connection, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Using our Secure Client Portal is as easy as online banking or shopping, and it's completely secure.
Once you're up and running on our Secure Client Portal, you will have your own secure, password protected online portal which allows us to work together more efficiently by securely exchanging working documents and very large files.
Our Secure Client Portal allows you to:
• View and print documents
• Exchange files with us - any file, any time
To get started with our Secure Client Portal, please reach out to your point of contact. Once requested, we will send you an invitation with a link to register.
Uploading Documents to your Secure Client Portal:
Before you begin please confirm that you have saved a copy of the files you are intending to upload. For a QuickBooks file please save a portable copy or backup copy to a location that you can browse to. If you need assistance backing up your QuickBooks file, please contact us directly.
Uploading a file:
1. Click the Client Login Icon at the top right of our home page or click the image below.
2. Enter your Login and Password
3. Select the client name and then the ‘requests’ tab to view tasks.
4. For file upload:
a. Files can be dragged and dropped onto a task.
b. Click on the task and select ‘upload files.’
5. To upload a document when there is no task, click the plus sign.
a. Create a description and assign a section (the other options are optional).
b. Click save.
c. Drag and drop the file onto the task or select ‘upload files.’
Once you've uploaded your documents, SFC receives a notification email.
