The winners and rankings will be the cover feature story of the November issue of the Fort Worth Inc. magazine. Each year the magazine names a total of 25 companies between two different categories; large and small with this distinguished title. This is the third year that the Fort Worth Inc. magazine has held their top employers contest and the first year that SFC has been nominated and named. SFC employees completed a 78 question employee engagement and satisfaction survey that evaluated each employee’s workplace experience and company culture.
