Rachel Glasser

Rachel has over 15 years of public accounting experience and was licensed as a CPA in 2010. Her experience extends to a variety of industries including financial institutions, employee benefit plans, and privately held commercial companies including construction.

Rachel attended the University of Texas at Arlington and was a member of the Goolsby Leadership Academy. She graduated with a Master of Science in Accounting and Honors Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, Magna Cum Laude. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TXCPA).

Rachel is an active volunteer with TXCPA and serves on the Board for the state and Fort Worth chapter. She chairs the Branding and Community Outreach Committee and serves in a guest advisory role to other committees including Accounting Career & Education, Member Appreciation, and Young Professionals. She is passionate about financial literacy and CPA connection. In 2021, Rachel led the development and execution of #Adulting, an interactive, hands-on financial literacy program teaching teens about budgeting and financial decisions. Approximately 400 Arlington students are expected for the May 2023 event.

Rachel is recognized as TXCPA Fort Worth’s 2021-2022 Young CPA of the Year, a 2019 TXCPA Rising Star, and a 2018 participant of the TXCPA Fort Worth Leadership Development Program. Rachel is also a Girl Scout and Gold Award recipient. In 2019, she mentored a group of high school Girl Scouts through their own Gold Award projects: creation of a Rosie the Riveter Memorial Rose Garden and tribute mural, honoring women of the WWII era.
