SFC LLP is looking for a skilled Nonprofit Tax Associate to join our team! Your main responsibility will be accurately preparing Form 990, the annual information return for tax-exempt organizations. Your expertise will ensure compliance with IRS regulations and help maintain the organization's tax-exempt status.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review Form 990, ensuring accuracy.

• Stay up to date with IRS regulations and compliance requirements for tax-exempt organizations.

• Maintain organized records of tax-related documents and correspondence.

• Collaborate with the accounting services and audit teams and other departments to gather required information.

• Conduct thorough reviews to identify and correct errors before submission.

• Ensure timely submission of all tax filings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
