We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper with 990 experience to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping operations of our clients' businesses, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations, including the preparation of Form 990 for non-profit clients.

This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
• Perform full cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing for multiple clients
• Preparation and filing of quarterly and annual payroll reports
• Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for clients, including Form 990 for non-profit clients
• Manage client budgets and provide financial analysis and recommendations to improve performance
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations
• Work closely with clients to identify and resolve accounting issues and provide guidance on best practices for financial management
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in full charge bookkeeping, with specific experience in the preparation of Form 990 for non-profit clients, preferably in a public accounting firm
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
