We are a CPA Firm looking to add a Full Charge Bookkeeper to our team! Following is a job and benefit description:
Responsibilities and Duties
• Full charge bookkeeping for a variety of clients • Registered QuickBooks Pro Advisor preferred • Ensuring correct and punctual monthly, quarterly and year end close • Preparation of payroll tax returns • Careful filing of documents to preserve historical records • Working with client management to assist with business needs • Capable of working independently with minimal oversight • 3+ years of bookkeeping experience • Ability to multitask effectively • Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills • Some local travel may be required
