SFC LLP is a full-service public accounting firm headquartered in Arlington, Texas that is experiencing dynamic growth in its revenue and number of professionals and is looking for part-time assistance with projects related to human resources, recruiting, hiring, and marketing. In addition, help is needed filling in for other administrative professionals from time-to-time.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Support the recruitment, hiring and onboarding process
  • Assist with proposal preparation and tracking
  • Assist with equipment purchases and equipment set up for new and existing employees
  • Assist with office and marketing supply purchases
  • Assist with other marketing events, including trade show booths and training seminars
  • Track professional staff continuing education hours
  • Assist with planning special events including firm parties and events
  • Support the firm’s mentor/mentee program
  • Assist with employee staff communications
  • Act as a back up to other office staff when needed

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of work experience in an office environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information

Desired qualification:

  • Working knowledge of Publisher
  • Working knowledge of Canva
