Effective November 1, 2016, John Sutton, managing partner of Sutton Frost Cary LLP (SFC), is pleased to announce the merger of Greene & Ruggeberg, P.C. (GR). GR brings over 30 years of accounting, tax and consulting experience in a variety of industries. The merger will strengthen SFC’s practice with the addition of expertise in real estate, tax and business valuation.
According to Sutton, “Our joining forces with Greene & Ruggeberg represents the coming together of two highly respected firms in the industry. We will continue to provide the highest quality of service to our clients with a greater ability to draw upon the resources for which both firms are well known.”
With the merger, the firm will grow to more than 45 employees, including 8 partners, with an average of over 22 years of public accounting experience, and 23 CPAs to help service the firm’s clients.

SFC will continue to serve their existing clients as well as GR client’s through their two offices located in Arlington and Fort Worth, Texas. GR have now closed their office in Arlington and have relocated their team to SFC’s headquarters in Arlington.
