What’s your role at SFC? Audit Senior
How long have you been with the firm? 7 months
What made you want to become a CPA? I competed in UIL Accounting in high school and placed 2nd in the State of Texas two years in a row. The scholarships I received due to participating in that event ended up paying for most of my college. I figured I’d stick with what worked for me!
What are 3 words to describe SFC? Friendly, experienced, reliable
What drew you to SFC originally? And how has SFC changed since? SFC had a small firm atmosphere with big firm opportunities. Even in the last 7 months, the firm has grown a lot.
Before working at SFC what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had? I worked at a smoothie stand in the mall in high school. That’s not very unusual, but it’s the only job I’ve ever had outside of accounting.
What can we find you doing when you’re not at work? Spending time with family, catching up with my favorite TV shows, and renovating my house.
